Brighter days, one small step at a time.
Coaching for autoimmune and chronic conditions, stress, anxiety, and the everyday habits that make lasting change possible — through 1:1 coaching, Free Senior Groups, and Resources for Families.
No pressure, no pitch — just pick where you'd like to start.
Focused support, not generic wellness advice.
Coaching can touch almost any part of daily life, but these are the three areas most of my clients come to me for.
Autoimmune & chronic conditions
Practical, compassionate support for people living with autoimmune or other long-term conditions — always working alongside your medical team, never in place of it.
Lifestyle & behavior change
The everyday foundations — sleep, movement, food, stress, and community — rebuilt in small steps that actually fit your life, alongside what adds meaning to it, so change sticks instead of stalling out after week two.
Stress, anxiety & resilience
Sustainable ways to steady your nervous system in daily life and through the harder stretches — so you can meet uncertainty with more capacity and a little more calm.
Coaching that starts with you.
Health coaching is a partnership. You're the expert on your own life; my job is to listen closely, ask good questions, and help you find the small, doable changes that add up to lasting wellbeing.
Led by you
I help you reach your own answers and goals, rather than handing you a plan to follow. It's a partnership, not a prescription — and it's a big part of why the changes tend to last.
The whole picture
I look at your world through the lens of the five functional medicine pillars — sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and relationships — to see how everything connects and what's really driving how you feel.
Warm and unhurried
Sessions are supportive and unhurried, following a gentle, step-by-step process — from exploring what matters most, to choosing a next step, to a simple way to keep track.
Coaching built around your body, your condition, and your life.
Start with a free 15-minute consult — no commitment, just a chance to see whether we're a good fit and talk through what's going on.
- Weekly or biweekly 1:1 sessions, tailored to your pace
- A plan that flexes around flares and low-energy days
- Support that complements your medical team, always
- Between-session messaging for the harder weeks

Wellness support for families and children.
I'm building out coaching resources and group series for families and children — bringing the same practical, compassionate approach to younger clients and the parents supporting them. Nothing to sign up for yet, but I'd love to let you know as soon as it's ready.
Thanks — you'll be the first to know when this launches.
Hi, I'm Tanya.
I was born with autoimmunity, and a lifetime of debilitating symptoms — from IBS to Hashimoto's — followed me from an early age. A love of learning, and a drive to understand the "why" behind what my body was doing, led me to study natural, root-cause approaches to health. Little by little, that shifted not just my own care, but my family's, and now the people I coach.
My love of life, and desire to be active, engaged, and present, has always motivated me to be my best. When my two children also began showing signs of autoimmunity, it further solidified my passion to dig deeper, landing me on the doorstep of Functional Medicine, which has been a guiding light in our health journey, and my own education, ever since. I'm now a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, in partnership with the Institute for Functional Medicine.
I give back through community outreach, online Virtual Groups, and 1:1 coaching — helping others understand the beauty of epigenetics, and how they have real power to change the way their body expresses itself. I currently lead group series at senior recreation centers throughout the county, and I'm building out resources for families too.
Right-fit coaching for every budget, and every season of life.
Functional medicine seeks to ask a broader question: “What are the underlying causes?” And it embraces the plurality of the dysfunction—the plurality of causes—in order to find a more effective solution.
